Over the past few years, Divina has delved deeply into music production and live instrumentation, crafting intimate live-looping performances that are as sonically rich as they are emotionally engaging. For more than five years, she has served as a featured vocalist & percussionist for Mitchum Yacoub and front woman/lead vocalist of San Diego’s reggae/dub-hop collective Boostive captivating audiences at festivals and venues nationwide. Her performances have shared the stage with acclaimed artists including Lady Wray, Bonobo, Domi & JD Beck, Tokimonsta, Slightly Stoopid, Rawayana, Seun Kuti, Thievery Corporation, Lee “Scratch” Perry, Don Carlos, GZA, and many others.
